CHECK – IN & CHECK – OUT TIME

Check – In time will be 08:00 AM and Check – Out time at 8:00 AM.
Early Check - In or Late Check – Out are subject to availability.
Early Check – In or Late Check – Out will be charged per night’s room rate.

CHECK – IN GUIDELINES

Guests are requested to submit copies of the following documents at time of check – In
- For Indian residents :
Valid individual Photo ID proof: - Passport, Driving License, Voter ID, Aadhar Card or any other Govt. approved ID.
- For Foreigners and Non Resident Indians (NRI), PIO and OCI card Holders:
Guests holding passport, PIO card holders are requested to get a RAP (Restricted Area Permit) issued from the Airport on arrival. And the same has to be produced at the time of check-in.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Bookings will be held provisionally up to a pre – specified Cut – off date after which it will be released.
Bookings are confirmed on 50% payment in advance.
Any changes in Govt. Taxes, the same would be charged accordingly over and above the room rates /meals..

ROOM OCCUPANCY POLICY

Maximum 2 adult + 1 child (under 5 years) is allowed in Standard A/C rooms. Extra mattress is chargeable

ROOM OCCUPANCY POLICY FOR ENTIRE APARTMENT

Maximum 4 adult + 2 children (under 5 years) in 2 standard A/C room is allowed. Extra mattress is chargeable

CANCELLATION POLICY

100% refund for cancellation received 20 days or more in advance.
80% of refund for cancellation received within 15 days.
20% will be retained as booking charges by Edha Homestay.
No refund for cancellation received less than a week in advance.
Edha Homestay is not responsible for room cancellation because of the cancellation of flight/ferry.
Edha Homestay is not responsible for cancellation of reservation due to climate changes.
No refunds for cancellation received on booking from December – January.

FOOD & BEVERAGES

Complimentary breakfast will be servered in the dining area.
Breakfast will be available between 7:30 AM to 8:00 AM.
Room service for Beverages & Snacks are available (charges applicable).

CHILD POLICY

Infants & children below the age of 5 years will not be charged without extra mattress.
Children between age of 11 to 12 years are charged INR 150/- per night per child without extra mattress inclusive of breakfast (Extra mattress is chargeable).
Children above the age of 5 years will be charged INR 500/- per night per child with extra mattress.
